Phase 1 Record of Decision

On October 23, 2007, the FAA issued a Categorical Exclusion Record of Decision to approve the implementation of the nine (9) Early Implementation Alternatives. In addition, the Phase 1, or Boston Overflight Noise Study, the ROD contains a summary of each measure and an Appendix that contains illustrations of each measure, comment letters and a copy of the Boston Airside Record of Decision.
