A detailed aircraft noise comparison analysis was conducted for each of the 13 Early Implementation Alternatives to quantify changes in both cumulative and single-event levels.
CAC reviewed both the individual measure and combined measure results and voted to recommend nine (9) of the 13 for implementation. The steps taken included:
